Michael Schlierf: »facing«
Since very recently, the new CD of Michael Schlierf is available. Unlike his last album (inspirations), he now performs together with a band. Michael describes the CD as a musical journey; on the whole, I find the mixture between arranged and improvised elements very fascinating. Especially impressive is the complex array of sounds that the musicians manage to achieve using their instruments. It is hard to believe that much of this is not pre-arranged.
